Mr. Bingzhong Wang

Chief Executive Officer,Chairman

Mr. Bingzhong Wang has served as our CEO and Chairman since September 24, 2024. Prior to becoming CEO and Chairman, Mr. Wang was the company’s President. And he has been the executive director of the company since 2021. Mr. Wang has extensive experience in financial investment and corporation management. He currently serves as a director at multiple companies, including LSQ Investment Management Limited, Metalpha, and Natural Selection Capital Holdings Limited. From July 2017 to October 2020, Mr. Wang served as the chief executive officer and an executive director at Loto Interactive Limited, a Hong Kong-listed company mainly engaged in the provision of data analysis and storage services. He has served as an independent director at Peking University Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd., a Hong Kong-based investment holding company principally engaged in sales of information products and real property-related businesses, since December 2021. Mr. Wang received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Nanjing University in 2005 and his MBA degree from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2013.

Mr. Limin Liu

Executive Director

Mr.Limin Liu has served as our Executive Director since 2019. Mr Liu has extensive experience in many industries, including investing, financing, and innovative high technology sectors. From July 2014 to June 2019, Mr Liu served as the Global Lead of Financial Service Industry of Huawei Technologies Co.,Ltd. From 2006 to 2014, Mr.Liu served as the Vice President for sales and technology of Beijing Futong Dongfang Technology Co.,Ltd. From 1994 to 2006, Mr.Liu worked at IBM China as Director of Sales. Mr.Liu received his Bachelor Degree of Electrical Engineering from Zhejiang University in 1993. With his high-tech background and expertise in financial service industry, Mr.Liu will lead the Company to further growth and development in the financial service era with continuous innovation.

Mr. Ming Ni

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Ming Ni as served as our COO and director since December 9, 2021. Mr. Ni has been a private investor since September 2020. From October 2018 to August 2020, Mr. Ni served as the vice president of 36Kr Group, a technology, media, and telecom company focusing on media and technology reports. From January 2016 to September 2018, Mr. Ni served as an executive director of Huarong International Financial Holdings, an investment company focusing on direct investment and asset management. Mr. Ni obtained his bachelor’s degree in Physics from Nanjing University in 2005, a master’s degree in Actuary and Investment Science from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2008, and a master’s degree in Financial Mathematics and Statistics from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2010.

Mr. Pengyuan Fan

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Pengyuan Fan has served as our CFO since November 28, 2024. Mr. Fan is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in the financial services and technology sectors. Most recently, he served as a founding member and COO at Shanghai-based Quantum Vector Capital Management Limited, a high-frequency trading firm from 2015 to 2024. Prior to that, Mr. Fan held key positions in structured credit derivatives valuations at the Royal Bank of Scotland (2012-2014) and UBS (2009-2012) in London. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Assistant Audit Manager at KPMG (2005-2008) in Cambridge, UK, where he specialized in statutory audits and assurances. Mr. Fan graduated with both a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in Engineering from the University of Cambridge, and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
